My complaint:
Bought a 2 two seaters from the birkenshaw,Uddingston branch on the 8th May 2021 and paid in full using my debit card. Didn’t receive sofas till June and by the 9th of August I went to the shop and complained to Gary the manager that one of my chairs was dipping and he said it wasn’t nothing to do with him and he would contact head office. The 1st technician who came out said it needed a sponge which he would order,when it arrives another technician came out and said that it was the wrong item as the problem was the frame since then there has been 4 technicians out and the problem is still there and they have taken photos for their boss.
Suggested solution:
By replacing the sofas as by now the other sofa will be a different colour as they're both grey cord.
