My complaint:

We ordered a table and chairs from the Hull store and when they arrived, the installers did not tell us that one of the chairs was faulty and had an exposed nail which damaged our flooring. Telephone lines are not answered and multiple emails have been ignored over several weeks as we attempt to get this resolved.

Ignore any positive ratings: sales people encourage you to review them at the point of sale, not after you have received your order. I will never use the company again, and will tell everyone I know to avoid them.

Suggested solution:

Offer a gesture of goodwill for damage caused by their fitters and their faulty goods.
