NCF Living complaint: Sofa did not fit but will not refund the full amount

My complaint:

So the delivery guys came and before trying they said the sofa will not fit they wouldn’t remove the foot of the sofas as they would have to open the packaging. The guy that sold the sofa Mohammed said don’t worry our delivery guys can get any sofas in easily. So after paying £59 for delivery the have taken the sofa back. But will not refund the full money they said they will have to keep 25% which is £400 and will give the rest. Absolutely pathetic only an Asian owned company would have a policy like this. It’s so disgusting. They said that is the only way the matter can be solved or get something else from them.

Suggested solution:

I would like a full refund back of the sofas as they were not custom made they said they were already in stock.
