My complaint:

I ordered two chairs from NCF but cancelled two days later. Numerous email requests asking for the return of my money. Many complaint tickets received and one reply stating my refund was requested and had been sent to higher management to be signed off on September 15th. Today 21st October and I still have not received my refund

Suggested solution:

By giving me my refund for the goods cancelled.
