My complaint:

We ordered 2 lots of sofas for our new home and paid delivery ordered in good faith , all went wrong upon delivery the drivers got one room sofa and the second room got all in apart from one wanted more money to put through the window language was appalling and wanted more money we refused as we had already paid for delivery £59 this is now going back to may 2022 several calls visits complaints sent still no answer paid for goods not received and no-one cares soent over 4k still with half sofa drivers left package on the last so they had it all planned not get that in sk they can earn extra money what professional company would do this its all about taking the money and not care what happens after I have now seek advise and help from solicitors taking them to court no respond to any emails or complaints absolutely disgrace stay away they just take your money and rip you off and their customer service team is out of this world worse ever to deal with so rude and abrupt how this company still operates its beyond my thinking drivers left all the package rubbish on the street and around the house disgusting they must be we’ll usto ripping people off after paying delivery charge to demand more money upon delivery not professional at all

Suggested solution:

I want them to redeliver my sofas what I've payed for or take everything back and refund me
