NCF Living complaint: Defective sofa

My complaint:

Sofas arrived February 2022…the two seater recliner is fine but the 3 seater is making really loud noises when reclining, it is not aligned properly and feels unstable.
I reported it to NCF Living and am having to constantly chase them. I sent video of fault and engineer came out. He tried the recliner and recorded same thing I did, didn’t bother to hear what I had to say. I called NCF Living only to be told the engineer said there is no fault!!.
I didnt pay to get a broken sofa that makes so much noise and have gaps in back of sofa.

Suggested solution:

I am not asking for a refund as I know the company will not refund but would like to change the 3 seater to a 2 seater instead that way there will be no problems.
If I knew I was going to have these kind of problems I would have paid that bit extra and gone to DfS.
I am unable to upload video for proof.
