My complaint:
We bought 2 x 2 seater reclining sofas, the arm on one dropped, after months of chasing them, they finally sent someone to look, they ripped off the covering inside the arm to reveal the wooden frame was broken! They said they would report it and as the sofas bolt together, we would get a replacement arm. Further months have psssed, like before, NCF are uncontactable via telephone (answer message directs you to email address!) We’ve been emailing everyday since, with STILL NO RESPONSE.
Suggested solution:
Replace the broken arm asap!
