My complaint:
I would like to consult you regarding a case with a shipping company
First of all i made a shipping order from my po box and there was a mistake adding the value of the product , at the same time i contacted the company to fix the price of the product and if was updated perfectly after sending them the original invoice from the store, two days later the shipment was dispatched from Myus office but with the old uncorrected invoice and reaches my country Bahrain which they charge for taxcustom charges according to the waybill invoice , however i have received the package and the shipping company DHL asked me to pay the custom tax of a wrong invoice , i refused to pay and refused the package , i contacted MYUS support and explained everything with evidence , they apologize and they told me your case was explained to the higher management and they approved to refund the extra amount that i have to pay after providing the official custom invoices to them , however after paying the full amount of the customtax in Bahrain and get the package i scanned the custom invoices and send it to them for the refund process and they refused to pay !! They said we reviewed your case again and we are unable to pay you back !! I have all the evidence showing the day i contacted them to fix the price and the emails that they send me stating that i have to pay the amount back home and send us the profs for refund !
Its not that big amount but its very disrespectful since i am a member over there since years. A warning to them will be enough for me.
I would like to rase a case agents them to protect my self and other costumers that are dealing with them , since they are in the US and this is not the US citizen behavior. I often visit the US but never been robed in that way
