My complaint:
The firm changed address for their UK facility, but I had packages being sent there. I have been waiting for them to send the packages to the new facility since 20 days and they have no idea when they will be delivered. They indicated a timeline but now they cannot it.
Suggested solution:
Items are sent to the new facility or sent to me or I get refunded for all the purchases.
