My complaint:
The travelers name has an extra “r” letter in it.
We asked them to remove it so the passenger could travel as the name does not match the ticket due to the extra letter.
Kevin Carrew should be Kevin Carew

Please take the extra letter “r” out of the name so the passenger can travel.
