My complaint:

Had a trip booked through MyTrip for a flight from vancouver to New York. the flight was delayed by over 20 hours so JetBlue (the airline) said they’d offer a refund so we booked another trip. The problem is, they issued the refund to the card it was paid for on, and this would have been MyTrips company card, as we paid MyTrips, and MyTrips paid jetBlue.

the issue was refunded by JetBlue on 23rd September, MyTrips last week said they could see it had been issued, but today they have said that JetBlue are refunding to refund (which is not the case). Essentially they are just holding my money. absolute crooks

Suggested solution:

just refund the money that they already have from the airlne
