Mytrip.com complaint: worst service, incompetent problem solving

My complaint:

I have booked my flight ticket with mytrip.com. Unfortunately I could not take the original flight and mytrip has converted my ticket into an open ticket – with an exact date, ticket can be rebooked and destinationroute can be changed. When I finally decided to rebook my ticket, mytrip.com was unable to rebook it for me or agree on the price with Turkish Airlines. We have been trying until the last minute (before the flight I wanted to rebook to, departured) but they told me that Turkish Airlines is not giving them any new prices for this rebookingrerouting. I had to purchase another ticket with another airlines (for triple price) and never got any solution from mytrip.com.
Also called Turkish Airlines and the only thing that both parties have been doing, is ‘finger pointing.’
Not not mention, that I have been waiting in the phone line for 40 minutes every single time and it does not matter which customer support agent took my call, each of them have been telling me a different story and different conditions. I am absolutely done with them and want my money back!
