My complaint:
I have tried to change my Return ticket reservation order number: LJ7CIM since 19 JUNE 2022 with no reply.A minimum of 15 minutes waiting on hold on the provided number to call, there is NEVER an answer, just an automated answering machine keeps repeating everything allover again!
Finally, I sent a request of cancellation, to receive another automated reply!
Time is passing, now we are just 11 days from travel date without any ation from their side, and I wanted to make it clear that I am reserving my legal rights if the refund of my cancellation of the Return ticket of reservation order number LJ7CIM

CONFIRM CANCELLATION OF MY RETURN FLIGHT RESERVATION ORDER NUMBER LJ7CIM FROM CAIRO TO FRANKFURT, THEN FROM FRANKFURT TO WARSAW ON 03 JULY 2022
