My complaint:
I couldn’t booked flights without paying for a seats first. Website didn’t have option choosing random seats for me without paid. I made complain about that but I was completely ignore. Few days later when I was doing check in for my flights, system choose completely different seats that I choosed and paid. I have whole documentation like boarding pass and ation. I send them email for whole week cause every day they different person from customer service was saying they can’t open my documents. Today just send me short email saying I won’t get refund for that seats, no explanation, just short no.
Suggested solution:
I would like refund cause I feel that someone make a money providing bad service
