Mytrip.com complaint: Open ticket but now we can’t use it.

My complaint:

We booked a flight from OR Tambo international Airport in Gauteng down to King Shaka Intl in Duban. Due to leave on the 11th of July 2021. But all travel for leisure was prohibited deu to covid 19.From or to Gauteng. I sent a email to mytrip on the 5th of July informing them that we would like to change our dates. This was ed by email that they received the mail and that we could convert the tickets. We got a email that ed that this was done. Now we want to use our tickets. But are now informed that we did not show up for our flight. But how it was agint the law to travel from OR to Gauteng.
After more than a hour holding on on the phone I spoke to a agent and he said he exalted this to his supervisor and we would have gotten feed back with in 3 days we are now at 7.

Suggested solution:

I want my tickets to fly with my airline that I payed in full for. In the date that I want as promised.
