Complaint: No proper response , rude customer service and no re booking

My complaint:

I have booked a flight on my trip last week and wanted to reschedule. While checking mytrip I can see there is a flight available to re schedule and also ed with the emirates airlines about the availablity but the customer service from my trip says there is no flight available at all.

Suggested solution:

Re scehdule my flight on the next possible available slot
