My complaint:
I am an oil rig worker and have a flexi flight booked, flight number LM562. Booking No WLFLRN. From Aberdeen to teeside on 09 Aug at 13:00.
Do to a busy work load I need to change my flight from 09 aug to 16 aug, I have sent email to customer services, telephoned witch says invalid and lve got picture to proof it I have even email Logan air but there have passed me back to you and then on your website it says l need to contact them.
I’m finding the service a joke and either wnt my money back or honour the flexi ticket I purchased.
Suggested solution:
Honour the ticket I bought and change my flight to Monday 16 Aug at 13:00
