Mytrip.com complaint: Flexible Ticket seems Fraudulent

My complaint:

I called to myTrip ten days ago to rebook my flexible ticket. Nothing happened. Im keep calling them every day, but hear same promises.

The agent Anilkumar promised to complete the request within 2 days. Another agent promised to resolve the issue within one day.
Today another agent (called herself Shaaiba) casually told that myTrip can not guaranty exchange andor refund and my only option to sit and wait. She also mentioned if ticket price will go up I will have to pay a difference.

My only guess this so called agency is waiting for the price to go up twice or more, so customers would give up.

Stay away from myTrip.

Suggested solution:

According to myTrip Flexible ticket policy, myTrip has to rebook my flight without any penalty.

From myTrip flexible ticket policy:

“If you purchased a Flexible Ticket at the time of booking, all administrative fees will be waived. However, you will still be required to pay the difference where the new ticket price is higher than the original price.”

Currently the ticket price is the same. Are they waiting when it will goes up? It is 10 days since my request to rebook the flexible ticket.
