My complaint:

I purchased flexible ticket. Once I decided to reschedule my flight, I filled the form and still was redirected to customer support number in UK. I tried to reach it over five times at different days and different hours, but noone is responding in spite of the fact that this is 247 number.

Suggested solution:

reschedule my ticket as per request and compensate 200 USD for the time wasted
