My complaint:
Hi,
Booking reference: LHV718.
I was travelling from London to Vienna on 040322. I booked my tickets via MyTrip and submitted a minimum of 3 complaints and called them twice for one hour on hold but I am receiving no response.
I received a notification during morning on 040322 at 8:10am that I was checked in.
Later on the same day at 10:10am on 040322 I received an email that I need to check in at the airport.
When I arrived to the Wizzair check in desk I was charged £70 for a late check-in!!!
I am requesting a full refund as soon as possible.
This is absolutely unacceptable that MyTrip let me know that I have to check in at the airport and then I get charged £70 at the airport.
I am asking for a swift resolution to this matter. Please help me to resolve this complaint. I have all the supporting evidence needed. I have more evidence available, please let me know where I can forward the remaining evidence for completeness of this case.
