My complaint:
My order number was 570332643, I feel that my concerns had not been addressed at all and it’s as though the customer service team couldn’t care less about losing a customer. I placed a large order in good faith and never received it, it never turned up in my town and mysteriously got returned even though I never received it.
Suggested solution:
I really would have liked them to send the order out by Royal Mail as I requested as the courier they use, Evri, doesn't seem able to access my building, I requested that Evri send it to a local parcel shop and that's where my troubles began, it never arrived at the shop and mysteriously was returned to Myprotein, they didn't seem to care about my concerns.
