My complaint:

After I ordered a DNA analysis, the company automatically billed me for a full year subscription to their website, which I did not want. They even did this before they completed the original analysis that I asked for. I asked for a refund and they would not comply.

Suggested solution:

I want a refund of the $149 full year subscription (which is about 3 times the cost of the original service for which I paid).
