My complaint:
I contacted MyHeritage to get a DNA check as it was cheaper than Ancestory.com. I paid £35 and sent away the kit. In the meantime I have been charged £114 for a years subscription. I was shocked that this happened and cannot afford this. I have tried to speak to someone, but you get sent to FAQ’s or a bot all the time, not a person. I want a total refund. I even went back in to delete my family tree and have discovered that the DNA I sent for will be lost if I don’t stay with the tree! Help I don’t know what to do.
