My complaint:
I had cancelled My Heritage many months ago. However on 22/7/23 NZ $332.35 was withdrawn from my credit card account by My Heritage as annual subscription . Please organise a refund. My Heritage also states on its website that payments will be refunded if requested within 30 days, of which I am. I can send by email screen shot of the credit card withdrawal if you need this
