My complaint:
Murka has games online. Specifically Scatter Slots, Texas Hold’em, etc. I’ve been playing both these games for well over a year and really thought the games were great except that there were too many bots put in by the company to cheat you out of winning. Aggressive bots. All of a sudden with in the past month or so they have started either banning players, or taking chips from their accounts. They say it is because of sharing or giving chips to other plays. However, they are really doing it so players will buy chips from them. I understand that they want to make money but there are lots of people who do buy chips. Once you reach a certain amount you no longer need to as you used to win.
They have missions but when you do some of the missions they accuse you of cheating and take chips away or ban your account. They allow cheating to go on with some players wo report other players to them. They need to be investigated. I don’t understand how they are still in business. They just took 9q chips from me because I was playing and doing missions. I hope no one else ever decides to buy into this game. They are crooks. Plain and simple.
Suggested solution:
Investigate how they do business. They are going to be out of business if they keep doing what they are doing. There are too many other sites on which to play poker or slots. They are cheating their players and the word needs to get out there.
