My complaint:
I’ve been a player for 11 years. In the past 4 months something changed. I no longer believe this platform is random. I believe it’s rigged. Purchase packages and lose 63 billion coins in less than an hour. With no explanation. This is my second complaint
Suggested solution:
Admit it's not random. Compensate for all coins lost unfairly. Contact me and stop telling me it's my imagination
