My complaint:
Murka uses robot players. They sell chips to human players that wish to purchase them. But why purchase chips to play against a computer programed robots! This has to be illegal! If you should win chips and you should have too many of those chips, Murka will take them from you stating that you are not following their rules. I for one have read those rules and have msg’d them on several occasions requested clarification to make sure I was following their rules. They have been taking down all the players with large amounts of chips wether you follow the rules or not. I have not spent a lot of money on their game but others I know have spent a ton and have had their chips taken from them stating they have not followed their rules. I was also one of those players where they took my chips away from me. They will never show you proof of this but always ask players for proof if anyone is not following their rules. They don’t even give you real reason for taking your chips.
I for one also was being impersonated. My avatar was taken from my FaceBook page and a couple of players were using it and my name. I brought this to their attention as well.
The robots in their High Roller tournament were not programmed correctly and they were not winning but the players were. They changed it with in couples of weeks and players were losing. So, naturally players quit going into High Rollers to keep their chips. However, now they are just outright taking them back and shutting down a lot of the players accounts or leave you with a balance that you can no longer play at the high tables. They are a SCAM and CHEATS. This should not be allowed!
Suggested solution:
Give back all the chips that they took from players illegally and get rid of their computerized players (robots)! All the players should be human, especially since they sell chips.
