My complaint:

Good day i visited your Clearwater branch just moments back 1002 at around 16:00 to find out if my wifi router was back and how long i will still wait for it, staff member took my paper work to the back come back and said it takes 21 working days so i said its have been a month today already can you please find out how long i need to wait still the staff member went back to the back and come back telling that the administrator is on lunch and she will be calling for me 2moro and let me know 2moro i mean really what kind off service is that, i have been dealing with MTN for a long time but this is unacceptable behavior i was shocked by that answer really. So i offered to call them my self so the staff member showed me where to look after he had to find out him self again where to find the number.

Suggested solution:

deal with your staff in Clearwater mall after all they are here to deliver a service to your customers and not to just sit and wast time.
They represent your COMPANY MTN as a hole they are the face and voices for you so this experience leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I am very disappointed
