I had a contract with MTN which was due for in June 2023 and the contract was cancelled since it was due. Then, in August I received a bill of R30000.00 that resulted in fraudulently upgrade which was done under the contract which was under my name. However the fraudulently upgrade was done in July while I cancelled my contract in June 2023. I lodge a Complaints with MTN and also send an affidavit but they are failing to resolve the issues. At some point they even suspend my line.
My case should be investigated by MTN and a close with immediate effect because it is almost a month and few weeks without solution.
