My complaint:
I booked on line direct with MSC cruises.
I was offered this cruise by email because I signed up to receive cruise information.
I was then offered an upgrade to a sea view cabin.
After I paid for the upgrade.
When I received the booking ation
I saw that I had a cabin, with Partial sea view.
When I complained I was told under the category I booked through there could be a chance that there could only be partial sea view.
There was no mention of this Category when I booked.
There was no mention of partial sea view.
They then offered me a full sea view if I paid an extra £80.00
Suggested solution:
Give me a cabin with full sea view
