My complaint:
I booked a cruise on November 14, 2020 to leave Miami on November 28, 2020 on the MSC Divina. I paid $408 for a drink package for me and my wife.
On November 15, 2020 (next day) I get an email for a Black Friday special which at the same price includes the drink package, Wi-Fi and a credit for shore excursions.
I called and was told if I booked on the 15th I would get the promotion. I am out of luck and the agent hung up on me!
Suggested solution:
Give me the drink package and refund the $408 that I paid.
