First, safety in terms of health is minimal, there is no protection for passengers on board, so much so that I got infected from covid in the cruise, and what to say about the rude treatment of employees with people, there is no kindness or good attention.
Suggested solution:
No, maybe by telling the employees about it and training them for a better customer service.
