My complaint:
Onboard Ochestra in April, a buffet attendant reeked of marijuana. We were so shocked because we were on sea from Pomene and wondered how he could be smoking on board. Later in Durban we saw the same fellow buying from some dread locked dodgy looking man, our cabin neighbour ed that he even offered to sell it to him at double price if he wanted. How does a company like MSC allow its staff to smuggle illegal drugs across state lines and deal aboard the ship? It makes you wonder what sort of reckless behaviour goes on unnoticed onboard. My partner took the trouble of finding out more about him. He said he was from South Africa, like us, and the name written on his tag was Aphiwe Mangali.
Suggested solution:
However MSC deems fit.
