My complaint:
On June 7,3021 put deposit for wife and I of $398 for cruise leaving Port Canaveral on 41722. Booking 38289824. Agreement deposit fully refundable if cancellation made by 1162022. I cancelled on 12232021 and was told refund was approved and would be made in about 60 days. Eventually received refund of only $46 and was told on 842022 that $352 was paid to insurance company and I needed to contact the insurance company for refund. My agreement was with MSC, not any insurance company.
Suggested solution:
MSC should pay me $352.
