My complaint:

I was matched with diamond status from my 42 cruises with CCL
I was never guided to a special line to embark
No robe/slippers, no free specialty restaurant no perks whatsoever except the chocolate bar and champagne
Communication is extremely difficult. Buffets lacked foods that were advertised. They close early.
I personally like the dining room which wasn’t a good experience.
Mornings and evenings you sit and wait at least 20 minutes for a glass if water.
Staff we had bary spoke English and let us know that
I have a food allergy that was never addressed and no one asked our name.
The last night of the cruise I ordered 5 lobster tails for my party. Ordered as soon as I sat and twice more.
We never received them. They delivered the pork chop which was not edible since the knife couldn’t nreach it.
The food manager and maitre d came to the table stating our head waiter didn’t understand.
They asked us to wait 45 minutes to thaw and cook the lobsters.
Just ridiculous.
Purchased bags etc. I never got the diamond discount.
The ship is state of the art and ocean Cay amazing. Will I give them a second chance ? NOT SURE

So many issues.
They certainly should have recognized my status and addressed where I could board and receive my perks.
