MSC Cruises complaint: MSC cruises charged me twice, and I can’t get my money back!

My complaint:

I paid the balance of my cruise (booking 40965032) on Dec 25 2022. Balance was $802. MSC charged my card again on 1226 for the same amount. I called at the end of Dec when I realized it. Customer service told me it will take up to 3 billing cycles to get the money back. I have called customer service 3 times. It’s now March 18, 2023 and I still have not gotten my money back. I have paid 100 bucks or more in interest charges. What company takes 3 months or more to refund you, and this double charge was MSCs fault! I finally paid my credit card because the interest was piling up. So essentially I just paid an extra 100 bucks for MSCs mistake! The cruise better be amazing because I won’t be using this cruise line again due to this issue. Absolutely ridiculous.

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back immediately plus interest!
