My complaint:
I my wife were looking forward to our cruise on board the World Europa 7 day from Dubai on the 28-1-2023 to 4-3-2023 Cabin No: 11015 Deck 11
However we were very disappointed with the overall experience of the CRUISE details of complaints
No1: First night we were shocked to find we had to QUEUE for our MAIN DINER MEAL in the Restaurant BUBBLES deck 6 Seating: 19-54 Table:632 for over a half hour,
When we were finally seated 20-15 p.m.we waited over half an hour for the 1st course which was cold
My Wife had FISH for her main meal which was supposed to be TUNA more like a Shoe-SOLE
My wife could not eat it, other guests had STEAK which was more like Leather left it
The second Night fared no better having had to queue up once again. It was well over a hour before the first course was served, The service was very POOR , very UN-PROFESSIONAL
Therefore the last 4 Nights I my Wife had our dinner in the BUFFET very disgruntled over the evening meals.
No2: We were very disappointed with the in cabin TV 1 programme in ENGLISH other English channels were all about Stocks Shares NCB !!!!!! I dont expect to go on holiday to hear about SS’s more importantly RUSSIAN speaking TV considering the present RUSSIAN aggression.
Considering to-days technical advances the on board TV was very antiquated. in other words there was no variation in the programmes .There was a distinct lack of English speaking channels and considering English is a widely spoken language , very disappointed in the t. v .
N03: Very disappointed in the Charge for WI-FI considering the price we paid for the cruise package this should be included ?????
My Wife I were very disheartened with regard to the overall performance of the Europa
Having had a very pleasurable cruise 21-5-2022-28-5-2022 on board the BELLISSIMA which was a very very 1st class adventure 10 out 10. Sadly the Europa rating 3-10 ?????
Sorry to be so negative. but I am afraid our experience on board the Europa has discouraged us from cruising with MSC in the future B. Wilton-King
