My complaint:
Two people travelling to Dubai in January and had to have a fit to fly test which came back positive so we were unable to board the flight and then the cruise.
Trips were paid for on the cruise which obviously weren’t taken and we were told that we would be refunded.
This has not happened despite numerous reminders.
Suggested solution:
Refund our money for the trips
