My complaint:
Brimer family Booking number 44288364
We have booked a cruise through massaot company
We were given the number if our cabin, 11180
And paid accordingly
I insisted on knowing the cabin location in advance otherwise there wouldn’t be a reservation
3 days ago we received the cruise documents and were surprised to find that our cabin location had been changed from 11180 (middle of ship) to 12240, at the back!!!!!
From the local company we were told that it was an upgrade
Really!?!?!
As stated in your publishings, decks 11-13 is the same price and in your document is written :
“ In the event of cabin change due to operational reasons, guests will be granted a cabin category upgrade.”
So where is the upgrade?!?!?!
Suggested solution:
Either we get the cabin that was promised to us or a real upgrade!!!
