My complaint:
Paid for browse and stream package which didn’t work. Reported twice onboard. Contacted MSC with 10 screenshots proving my complaint, they refuse a refund as the ships log says Wi-Fi was working.
The screen shot I have uploaded is one of approx 15 that I have. I couldn’t do searches, read the newspaper, watch programmes I had downloaded, stay in touch with my family, look at FB.
Suggested solution:
a refund. I bought something not fit for the purpose it was sold for. I was cut off from everything while away,
