My complaint:
the shower cealling is molding. the tolel backed up flooded the floor the area sink area and started to flood the carpet. I had to walk in bare footed and close the water off for tolet. I could not even wash me feet because the sink floor was flooded, i dried my feet with the last towels then used hand sanitiser to protect my feet. when we checked out I informed the desk they did not any consern me friend who paid for the got the same response as I did
Suggested solution:
refund the room fee and clean up the room and fix the tolet You should have some one do no notice inspections checking all the rooms to make sure the are kept clean and safe for the people to stay in
