My complaint:

I stayed last night and today and had continuous problems. They put me as far away from the office as they could without having to so I could not do what I needed on the internet because the connection was horrible and extremely slow and they know I do a lot of internet and business and need good strong connection. They refused to allow me long distance calls since I could not do what i needed on the internet even though they had my debit card information and my phone was not working. The water in the sink would not get hot and the hot water for a shower would last 5 minutes. The heater blew cold air so I had enough and requested a new room and was denied. Rep said to turn the heater full blast and it would work and it did but I had to burn up all night and day. Today I was charged weekend price for a weekday and when I asked why I was blown off by the rep saying contact manager in the morning. When I complained about the internet he said there was nothing he could do except reset and no one else was complaining. They weren’t complaining cause one they were all up front close to the router and two there were very few rooms being occupied.

I have been coming to this motel for years and I loved this place until now. I do not know why all of a sudden I am treated so horribly but it definitely will not happen again.

Suggested solution:

Refund me for both days.
