My complaint:
First and foremost I would just like to explain that I have only been staying here this long because its the cheapest I can (barely) afford.. Now I have stayed in THREE separate rooms in this location since November 13th, 2020. Now during my stay i have only been helped by three outstanding employees! They are Mia(housekeeper), Mrs. Christina(housekeeper), and lastly Mrs. Patience(front office worker). Every other employee has been rude, loud, and most of all lazy. For one part I shouldn’t have had to wait FOUR days to receive towels, wash rags, and toilet paper.
Now for the first room 239, the floors were disgusting had black spots all over it and despite the maintenance man claiming he fixed the toilet, it still ran constantly day and night. Bugs were scarce but still noticeable.
Room number 260, WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I was ate up by what I later found out to be bed bugs, but roaches were also a huge problem I couldn’t keep my dry food products out of the fridge but even then they werent fully safe. The sheets and blankets were disgusting! And the room wasnt stocked at all.
The third room, has had a roach infestation and no matter who I tell the answer is always the same. If its not to my liking I can complain or switch to a room with bed bugs. ( thats coming from one of the main office workers!) I was told several times by several other guests that all of the rooms have either roaches or bedbugs or both. And are mostly disgusting. The housekeepers are always on the opposite side of the office smoking and just standing around. I believe my stay needs to be reciprocated in some fashion thats going to be fair!
Suggested solution:
I believe a FULL REFUND is deserved or free stay! Ir I will start contacting my lawyer with my pictures and proof!!
