My complaint:
I had a bad experience with a Rude Front desk. After extending my stay I ask the front desk to ask the Janitor not to clean my room during my stay, The guy in the front desk said “ your room must be cleaned even during your stay” I told him are you serious? I already paid and extended my stay, he said “if you don’t want to you room to be cleaned during you stay, then when you check out don’t come back ever again” Frank was such a rude and unwelcoming person.
Suggested solution:
Frank should not be hired as a Front desk, we pay our hard earned money to be treated in that humiliating way?!
I want my money back, I was treated in an unwelcoming way by a mentally sick person.
