Motel 6 complaint: Rude and giving the wrong I fo

My complaint:

We despised to call and see if the motel 6 and was told that they had rooms with 2 beds and microwave and refrigerator and was told yes we do it will be79.00 .Andi said great save me a roon all be there soon
Appon arriving too the motel 5;and I tryed to check in was told I needed id for both guests and was basically damned to provide it or we couldn’t stay
Once we started the heck inprosses the front desk clirk didn’t know at all what he was doing and heranmy card 4 times and then ran my friends ends card 4 times and told both of us that hey don’t work it took the manager to run my card it went right through
We received are room key and we went to the room and it had no microwave and no refrigerator and also guess what there was only one bed in the room and we asked for 2 beds in the room so I processed to go to the front office and told the desk clirk the room is not what we asked for and he said it’s what u payed for and then proceeded to tell me webeedws to pay more
By the time all this was done and we got to the room and got something to eat it was late and the next morning I asked for a late check out and was told ne and to come to the office to speak to the manager and I did and when I got to the office I asked for the manager and had to ask for the manager 4 times and the 5 the time was when I rased my voice and that’s were the manager came out to talk to me finally and that is when he proceeded to tell me we better check out or he will call the cops and to me that is very rude expecally when all I was doing was asking for a little more time Sence it took them so long last night to get me checked in my room Imy friend called the 1800 number and got the run around and told they would call her back and sure enough they didn’t call back so she called them back in the mean time I decided I would call and complain also and the person I talked to told me that they couldn’t do anything about what to do to the fact that there was already a complante filed and that person was very rude tome and treates me like I was treated and told what I was

Suggested solution:

I think that I should be compensated the room and also I feel my money should be refunded
