My complaint:
They had bugs everywhere in the hotel, as soon as I checked in there were bugs everywhere. The shower curtain fell and nearly hit my boyfriend in the head. There is black mold on the walls. When we tried talking to them about it they tried to blame it on us. Literally when we moved in there was no rack to hang clothes. Pant was peeled off the walls. They don’t even give their custodians cleaning supplies, which surprise their immigrants and literally get paid under the table at 5 dollars per room. Along with the shattered glass in the parking lot there was also glass all in the grass and my dog ended up cutting her pay padding up. The fact that they had an exterminator come and he didn’t even come knock to spray my room made it even worse. The owners were good and then after they left and it went under new management it went down hill from there. Asked to give us another room, the other rooms were infested as well and there were also rats. They don’t use anything in the bedding and they give out bedding with holes in it.
Suggested solution:
I am literally freaking traumatized because we sprayed the room down with bug spray every single week. But they were living in the wood and light fixtures. I would like a settlement.
