My complaint:
Checked in July 26 – Bathroom had used bar of soap in shower. Had a hard time sleeping on lumpy mattress.
July 27, informed front desk of terrible mattress and asked for another room. Was given room 105. Spent day visiting family and went to hotel room at 10:00 pm. Pulled back bed cover to find the stained disgusting bed sheets. Went to front desk to complain and to let them know that we will not be staying and would like to be compensated for the room. Front desk clerk said he couldn’t do that. We left and decided to drive home 312 miles away.
Suggested solution:
Should have refunded money right then.
