My complaint:
Good Afternoon can someone from management or corporate please reach out to me at 757-652-7244 concerning our stay at motel 6 in Norfolk VA. On August 15 and 16 management in the office was aware of the situation it’s continued throughout our stay I have a video of the kids that we are complaining about they harassing, assaulting and picking on me and my family the entire stay. The kids kick on the door all throughout the night and running they were unaccompanied by their parents while in the pool several of them were caught by me trying to hold my kids faces under water as if they were trying to drown them jumping the gate to get in the pool we witnessed one girl spitting in my kids faces.They parents came out also harassing, assaulting and picking!!! The police was called out several times for two days. I’m very very mad and upset my family was crying!!! They also have a employee who help the kids she knew them and there parents. The kids was playing with her kids and was in her room that she had at the hotel. They told the police and me they didn’t know the kids or there parents it’s was a lie !!! Witnessed also

I paid my money like everybody else me and my family did deserve this at all . I need my money back or 2 night for free .
