My complaint:
The room was not cleaned the entire time there and sheets never changed. When we asked for sheets they said they would bring them the next day and never did. The day we left we took the sheets off the bed and cleaned and the mattress my daughter slept on had no mattress cover and was covered in some disgusting stuff. It was so gross and was not noticed until the end of our stay. Tried to call the location several times but there is a language barrier. I have pictures of the mattress
Suggested solution:
I want my money back from the full visit. I have disputed with my bank but the merchant won't respond. I do not want a voucher for another visit I want my money put back on the debit card I used. They can respond to my bank to authorize the refund.i want it sent to my account no checks mailed
