My complaint:
When I booked the room on the website it did not indicate that the room
did not have a refrigerator or microwave and no air condition when I entered the room I wanted to eat my food because I had just finished a
long 8 hour ride on Greyhound but there was no microwave so I went to the front desk to see if they could let me use there microwave at the front
and they said they did not have one so I made up my mind to find another
motel so I booked a room at Best Western Hotel.
Housekeeping lied to the front desk and said the room was used but it was not I was only there long enough to book another room
Suggested solution:
I deserve A REFUND and the unexpected expense that I had to pay for another hotel and what I went through was not fair because I am disabled
with a bad back I have spinal stenosis and it is important that I am comfortable wherever I stay.
